Use of the Service
You agree to use Repvix only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for any content you upload, including chat transcripts and customer data. Certain features are available under subscription plans. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and access to paid limits at the end of the current billing period; amounts already charged are not automatically refunded, and any refund is handled in accordance with the applicable payment provider’s terms.
Data & Privacy
We analyze your uploaded conversations to generate insights and reports. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share this data. Chat data and analyses that you upload within an organization are treated as part of that organization’s records. Deleting your personal account or membership does not automatically delete organization data; organization owners or admins may delete the organization, which typically results in permanent deletion of related data from our systems, subject to any legal retention requirements. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Repvix after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
