Data Retention

If you delete your personal account, we remove your account credentials and memberships, but organization records (including chats and analyses) may continue to be retained under the control of that organization’s administrators. When an organization is deleted by an authorized administrator, we generally delete associated chats, messages, analyses, and billing records, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or security reasons.
